I know it's suppose to be a piss take and the white guy suppose to be saying wrong and offensive thing here, but just so we clear, Iron Fist, Danny Rand (which is the most popular version of the character), was never asian in the source material. Iron Fist is a "legacy character" where many people hold the mantle and yes there was Asian iterations through history but this particular version of the character is white and it's OK. Beside, the original idea of this version was that he was as far removed from the culture of K'un Lun as possible. Also, Being a white guy actually drive this point even more than if he was say Asian Amaerican. It's part of the theme and writting. Don't get it twisted, btw, i never like the practice racebending to me it's a lazy and pointless trope in general. I hate when the raceswap traditionally asian character, black character but the point is just as valid when they change a traditionally white character. I was disappointed in the show cause to me the focus of it wasn't enough on action for a Martial theme superhero. As for the bit about Shang-chi, in retrospect, based on their popularity and power set, i think Iron Fist and him should have swap format. Since Becoming Iron Fist involve defeating a giant dragon and gain its power, he should have a movie with flashy special effect and all that and is story is a lot more straight forward. Shamg-Chi is Marvel best hand to hand fighter but he has no super power. With all the odd family tie, sub plot with his sister, he would have work better on a series as a street level super hero. Sorry for the rant the video is hilarious but the nerd in me take over i've been watching your video for years, keep up the amazing work

Heh, got me with the God being the one that finally broke the camel's back. And then the baos at the end xDD direction wise I feel like it would have been more fitting if the white dude fought with more boxing/buckling type of style since the difference in character between the two sides was so pronounced. Somewhat culturally tone deaf considering the times but I'm not here to argue
